State Police Announce More Heroin Arrests in Northern Westchester
CORTLANDT, N.Y.–New York State Police in Cortlandt say two alleged heroin dealers believed to be responsible for significant drug sales in northern Westchester, have been arrested.
State police, along with the Westchester County District Attorney Office’s Narcotics Initiative and the Village of Croton Police Department, announced on Tuesday the arrest of William Kelly, 24, and Daniel Hall, 23, both of Peekskill. The two were arrested on Feb. 6 and Feb. 8 respectively.
Hall was charged with multiple counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal sale of a controlled substance, both felonies, as well as possession of a hypodermic instrument, a misdemeanor.
Kelly was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class B felony.
State police say they will continue their efforts to identify and apprehend those responsible for distributing heroin and other dangerous drugs in the region. They are looking to the public for tips.
